We (Crystal Kingsbury) strung cotton balls on fishing wire to create a snowing effect. What we didn't see on the post, is that the cotton balls won't just stay afloat by themselves. We used glue sticks to keep them in place on the fishing wire. We also used a needle to sew the wire through the cotton. We used pushed pins to put them on the wall and addediciclelights behind them. LOVED THE FINISHED OUTCOME.
